The plan is charted for every individual keeping in mind the nationality as it influences the food habits significantly. The medicinal support not only consist of painkillers but also vitamins which directly influence the growth of healthy hair.

You could count many friends who do not follow any diet or Lifestyle modification but have nice growing hair. Please remember, that they are born with a different type of hair. If you are losing hair you must follow these guidelines. We do not ask you to stop your favourite foods but to restrict them in frequency and quantity. Do not restrict to one kind of food choice, give all foods a chance to provide you all the variety of nutrients.

Mentioned below are the do’s and don’ts related to diet for Indian and Foreign Nationals.

Coffee and tea are restricted to 2 -3 cups a day.

Raw Salads – Radish, Beet root, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, etc. cut and add salt, pepper, a dash of lime, no mayonnaise, no salad dressing, no sauce. Salads with one meal everyday – Beet root, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Greens, add salt, pepper, a dash of lime, no mayonnaise, no salad dressing, no sauces.
Dry beans like Rajma, black beans, yellow beans, kidney beans – twice a week.All types of dals – black dal, yellow dal – turn by turn – daily. Cottage Cheese, Chick peas, Tofu, Mushroom, Lentils – rotate the choice – 3 times a week.
Paneer (Cottage Cheese), Chola (Chick peas), Soya, Tofu – each – once a week. 10-12 Non-Salted Walnuts, Almonds, Flaxseeds, Pumpkin seeds, once or twice a week by rotation. Avoid Peanuts and Cashew nuts and Macadamia nuts.

1 – glass milk per day. Two fresh fruits per day – cut & eat, with the fruit skin when possible. Freshly squeezed juice can be consumed within 10-15 minutes.
1– tsf ghee per day or 1 – slice of cheese per day. Have 2 – 3 cups of green tea or hot water every day..
4 Fresh Fruits per day – cut & eat, with the fruit skin – no juice. Have 3 – 4 litres of water every day.
